Non-returnable items

Our product is designed for single use, making it of a personal nature. Due to this reason, regrettably we cannot issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. 

Faulty product

Refunds are granted only for unused products that are damaged or visually defective within 30 days of delivery. Kindly inspect your order upon reception. If you have received a defective product, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost.

Liability Waiver

Please note, Darila is not responsible for incidents or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product.

Warranty

Our darila pump includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of product receipt. This warranty's limitations exclude instances of accidental damage, or unauthorised repair attempts by parties other than Darila. Darila shall not be held liable for any damage or loss during transit to or from the purchaser.
